Pizza Rock on Fremont Street covers the by-the-slice option, and the by-the-whole-pie option, depending on how the night went. It runs loud and late and works equally well as a sit-down meal or a grab-and-go.
Evel Pie pairs New York-style slices with a lively, retro setting inspired by daredevil Evel Knievel. It stays open until 4:20 a.m. on weekends, making it one of Downtown’s best options when a pizza craving hits long after midnight.
Not every late night ends at a counter. If things started late and dinner never happened, a couple of places downtown still function as real restaurants past a normal dinner hour.
Andiamo Italian Steakhouse sits on the second floor of the D, serving premium cuts alongside handmade pasta and house-baked bread, tucked far enough off the casino floor that the noise drops away. Reservations help on weekends.
8 East inside Circa covers Asian-inspired street food, with bao buns, noodles, and plates built for sharing. It’s the better fit when the group is six people deep and nobody wants a formal dinner.
For something genuinely upscale, Barry’s Downtown Prime at Circa runs a full steakhouse program with a cocktail list to match. It’s a plan-ahead meal rather than a post-midnight decision, but it belongs on any list of Fremont Street restaurants worth a trip.
Weekend hours run later than weeknights at most spots that aren’t open 24 hours, so a Tuesday plan and a Saturday plan are not the same plan. If it’s past 3 am and you want certainty rather than a search, go to Saginaw’s or American Coney Island, since neither one closes.
Lines build right after the last canopy show and again when the bars start emptying out, making the window between roughly 1 and 2 am. the busiest stretch at counter-service spots. Shifting slightly earlier or later cuts the wait considerably.
