Ariana Grande shot to fame as the star of Nickelodeon’s Sam & Cat, but in recent years, she has proved herself as one of pop’s most talented vocalists. Her third album, Dangerous Woman, became her first number-one album, but her most recent releases, Sweetener and Thank U, Next has been where the singer has excelled. Sweetener won a Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album and Thank U, Next had the largest streaming week for a pop album in music history. With this, Ariana Grande became the first solo artist to hold the top three spots on the Billboard Hot 100 simultaneously, beating out major names like Beyonce, Celine Dion, and Michael Jackson. In fact, she is the first solo artist to accomplish this feat since The Beatles in 1964.
This mega-talented 25-year-old is making serious moves and doesn’t show signs of stopping. She recently headlined at Coachella as the youngest headliner ever and just the fourth female headliner. If you missed her in the desert this year, not to worry. Ariana is making making her way to the T-Mobile Arena here in Las Vegas on May 11th with openers Normani and Social House. Normani is a singer and dancer most notably known as a member of the girl group Fifth Harmony. She was also a finalist in Season 24 of Dancing with the Stars. Ariana’s other opener, Social House, is mostly known for their writing and producing work. They have worked with many big name stars, including Meghan Trainor, Jennifer Lopez, and Ariana Grande herself.
